The production team is the true brains behind our operation, the thought behind the craftsmanship and and construction of our 3D wooden wall panels lies upon the team to perfect. With this in mind, we mould our team and lead ourselves to becoming the best high quality wood cladding manufacturer in the world and bring true value to the end consumer.
The faces of our production team consist of manufacturing & construction QCs, final QCs and finally a head of production. First thing every morning we hold a meeting discussing container scheduling, quality and operations. This ensures us everything is rolling smoothly and on time.
The team of quality controls with our production manager is truly an unmatched dynamic. With a return rate of 0,28% in 2019 we clearly stand as one of the leading organizations for quality levels of competing suppliers in Indonesia and leading our way to becoming the best manufacturer in the world, a vision we share collectively at Goodwood.

As a manufacturing company and furniture supplier, we are dealing with thousands of boxes of wall panels on a monthly basis which all have to be crafted to precision, managed well through the supply chain and all in a timely order to ensure we are in line with our client's target lead times.
Without a bullet proof administration system and multiple spreadsheets as well as data tracking software, the afore mentioned is next to impossible to execute successfully. This is one of the things that truly set us apart from the many competing manufacturing businesses. We are data-driven and track everything to make sure we can provide our clients with the best possible outcome.
Our office team is the backbone of the company. The whole office is on the cloud, not literally–we just do everything online. We use a team management software to oversee the whole team, office and production. We do this to make sure nothing is forgotten and but more specifically, we do it in order the team can work collectively and transparently between each other.
